FoundrOne values the protection of its users' personal data. This Privacy Policy explains the general principles under which the information of people using the platform is processed.

This policy does not replace the Privacy Notice prepared within the scope of KVKK. You can reach the Privacy Notice at /privacy-notice.

FoundrOne values the protection of its users' personal data. This Privacy Policy explains the general principles under which the information of people using the platform is processed. This policy does not replace the Privacy Notice prepared within the scope of KVKK.

2. Account Information

When registering on FoundrOne, first name, last name, username, email and profile information may be collected from the user. If registration is made with Google, the necessary account information provided by Google may be used. Passwords are not shared with other users.

3. Profile Information

User profiles can only be viewed by registered and logged-in users. The information provided by the user on the profile, other than the email address and password, may be shared with other registered users. The profile photo may be stored on Cloudflare R2 infrastructure.

4. User Content

Posts, comments, startups, Build Push and other content created by users can be viewed by registered users. Users can edit and delete their own content. FoundrOne may remove content in case of a violation of the community rules or legal obligations.

5. Commercial Information Shared by Users

Users may share revenue, user counts, investment amounts and similar commercial information at their own request. The accuracy of this information is not verified by FoundrOne. Users should assess the risks that may arise on their own before sharing confidential or commercially sensitive information.

6. Data Security

FoundrOne strives to apply reasonable technical and administrative measures against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or unlawful processing of personal data. However, the absolute security of any system operated over the internet cannot be guaranteed.

7. Third-Party Service Providers

Third-party service providers are used for the platform to work. These include MongoDB Atlas, Cloudflare, Cloudflare R2, Resend and Google. These services may process the data necessary for the platform to operate technically.

8. Analytics

FoundrOne uses Cloudflare Analytics to understand platform performance and usage. The nature of the data processed within the scope of Analytics may vary depending on the configuration used.

9. Data Deletion

To delete a user account, a request can be sent via destek@foundr.one or kvkk@foundr.one. When the account is deleted, it is not intended for all of the content to remain visible together with the username. Old content may be anonymized as a "deleted account" view when necessary.

10. Policy Changes

FoundrOne may update this Privacy Policy when necessary. In the event of significant changes, users are informed in a reasonable manner.
